Pickleball is a sport in which two, three, or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball over a net. The sport shares features of other racquet sports, the dimensions and layout of a badminton court, and a net and rules similar to tennis, with a few modifications.
Our Glendale location has six indoor and four outdoor pickleball courts. Our rates are:

Indoor Courts:
Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm: $20 per hour
Mon-Fri 5pm – close: $40 per hour
Sat-Sun all day: $40 per hour
Outdoor Courts:
Mon-Fri: $20 per hour
Sat-Sun: $40 per hour
Paddle Rental / Demo Paddles: $4
Pickleball: $3.50

These 1 hour lessons are tailored to the skill level of the player and the desired objectives. A Private Pickleball Lesson for 1-2 players is the ultimate learning environment. The time is totally dedicated to the player and what they need and want out of the lesson. No matter what your skill level or goals, a private lesson at Chicken N Pickle will help you advance your game, hone your skill development and enhance your overall enjoyment of the sport.
If you and a group of 3-4 players with similar abilities would like to improve your game, then a Semi-Private Pickleball Lesson could be the best for you. Having a group to share the learning experience certainly enhances the journey and provides a game plan to help each other improve. This format is especially good for beginners to get started learning this great game. We also will be happy to find another Chicken N Pickle player to match you up with, if necessary.
The 3 and A Pro Lesson allows a Chicken N Pickle teaching professional to play along in games which allows immediate feedback on shot selection, strategic decisions and court positioning. This is a very effective learning environment for all levels of players when working on doubles strategy and tactics. In addition, time can be dedicated to developing new shots and partnership development as well.

With two years of dedicated play, I currently compete at the 4.5-5.0 level, earning two gold and two silver medals at 4.5, and several medals at the 4.0 level. Pickleball has become more than just a sport for me—it’s a way to connect with people across all backgrounds and create a sense of community.

Jeannine started playing tennis at a young age and competed in many other sports. She was a PT for 25 years, a RYT certified Yoga Teacher, and ran her yoga business, teaching yoga to first responders. She has been playing pickleball competitively for the last 3 years and enjoys sharing her knowledge and joy of the game with anyone wanting to learn or improve their skills.
Hi, my name is Sidney. I started playing pickleball in 2020 during the low peak of the pandemic when I was 15. Since then l’ve been really consistent and even went and competed in a few tournaments. Been loving the game since the start, and I’m excited to spread the love for pickleball even more!
Jacob Vito is a 4.5-5.0 rated pickleball player who has been competing at high levels since discovering the sport in 2019. His strategic mindset, ability to analyze the game, and consistency have helped him excel in local tournaments, earning a reputation for sportsmanship and strong performances. Jacob specializes in doubles play, where his understanding of positioning and partner dynamics sets him apart. Off the court, he is committed to growing the sport at Chicken N Pickle, sharing his knowledge, and inspiring others to discover the joy and challenge of pickleball.
