A minimum spending requirement is the mandatory amount we ask that you spend while visiting us. All food, beverage and pickleball costs can be applied toward this requirement.
*Minimums are non-inclusive of sales tax & 20% gratuity
You have up until 7-days prior to the event to adjust your headcount.
Oh Cluck! Weather can be very unpredictable.
We cannot guarantee an alternate plan for event space but to ensure the best CNP experience, we will make a reasonable attempt to accommodate if an event space is available.
Confetti, Confetti Balloons, and glitter are not allowed. Items may not be attached to any stationary wall, floor, window, or ceiling with nails, staples, tape, or any other substance in order to prevent damage to the furnishings.
Not looking to host a cluckin’ awesome event? You can book your pickleball courts up to 2 weeks in advance of your desired date.
We do not require a deposit for standard events. In order to book on a definite basis, we require a signed contract and credit card authorization form
*Deposits may be required for events for groups over 200 guests
All food and beverage selections are due 2 weeks prior to your event to allow our culinary team to prepare!
All events are based on a 3-hour time frame. If you are interested in a longer timeframe, ask your Sales Team Member for an adjusted quote!
You have up to 14 days to cancel your private event before fees incur. Should you wish to reschedule your event within those 14 days, Chicken N Pickle, using reasonable efforts, will allow you to rebook your event within (90) days of the originally scheduled date. The cancellation fee will be charged and applied as a credit toward client’s said future event.
We allow professionally baked cake or cupcakes to be brought in from a licensed bakery. All other outside food and beverage are not permitted.
