• First, we brine our chicken in pickle juice (of course) for 16-24 hours🥒
• From there, we rinse n air dry
• Grill the skin to achieve *perfect crispiness*
• Brush with butter🧈
• Seasoned with YOUR choice of house blends
• The chicken is put onto the rotisserie to cook through
• Served to you, FRESH! 🍽️ We have a cut off time of 1 hour so you’re guaranteed hot, juicy chicken!
