Two women stand and smile in front of a glass storefront that reads The Dub, Kansas Citys hub for every dub in white letters. Both wear green tops and jeans, and one is leaning against the doorway.

Speaker Names: Monica Brady and Rachel Glenn

Co-Founders of The Dub—Kansas City’s first women’s sports bar and an exciting new addition to the local sports and hospitality scene. At The Dub KC, their mission is to create a safe and inclusive space where fans can watch, cheer on, and rally around women’s sports teams and athletes. More than just a bar, The Dub is a platform for empowerment, inclusion, and the celebration of women in sports.

With a shared passion for community-building and gender equity in athletics, Monica and Rachel bring a fresh perspective to Kansas City’s bar and sports culture. Through every event, game day, and gathering, they aim to spark meaningful conversations, foster lasting connections, and create a space where all people feel seen and valued. Their vision for The Dub is rooted in the belief that women’s sports deserve not only visibility but a dedicated home base—right here in the heart of KC.

A group of people sit in colorful chairs and couches, listening to a speaker panel in front of a neon sign that reads Stronger Together inside a modern room with large windows.
