This is a fundraising event for Red Dirt/OSAR (Oklahoma Search and Recovery). We are a nonprofit organization comprised of volunteers who work with/for law-enforcement and emergency management to assist in locating lost and missing persons, using trailing, live area, and human remains detection dogs.

We travel all over Oklahoma and the neighboring states, train twice a week, need a lot of equipment for dogs and humans alike, and we could not do this without your help.

What you need to know about the tournament:

1. Parking fills pretty quickly, but you are able to park in either the Flix parking lot or the Dolese parking lot for overflow parking. Both are within close walking distance!

2. A team is comprised of 2 people between ages 10 and 100 and without gender or rating restrictions. Get creative with your team name! Have fun with it! Bonus points if there’s a pickleball/dog related pun in there! A prize will be awarded to the most creative name.

3. When you arrive on site, please head straight to the Pickleball courts to sign in with Red Dirt/OSAR. Sign-in cannot start before 8:30am.

The event will run as follows:

a. First 45-75 minutes – Round Robin bracket play! This allows you to warm up and also determines the bracket for the actual tournament.

b. Next 15 minutes – take a break! Ask our Pickleball Pro any additional questions about the game, take a quick restroom break, browse our silent auction items, etc.

c. Remainder of time is then devoted to tournament play! The tournament runs single elimination, so if you lose a game, you are welcome to grab a drink from one of the four on-site bars or try out something on our menu while enjoying the rest of the tournament. there is an automatic 20% gratuity fee applied to every order.

4. You will get a goodie bag at the door. We have great prizes for winners and awesome silent auction items to bid on during the tournament. Our prize donors include Chicken N Pickle and some of your favorite names in pickleball equipment.

A cornhole tournament will be running outdoors at the same time, so bring your family!
